Overview

The dashboard provides real-time insights into device connectivity, status, alerts, and configurations, enabling efficient and streamlined device management. Use this space to oversee operations, ensure device compliance, and respond proactively to any issues under the selected company. 



  1. Merchant & Tag Filters:

    • Use the filters to view device data based on the selected merchant or tag.
    • The "Expand Subsidiaries" option includes data from the current company and its subsidiaries.
    • Click "Query" to apply filters or "Reset" to clear them.
  2. Device Map:

    • Displays the geographic location of connected devices based on their IP address.
    • The map visually represents the connection from the field site to the Nubis platform.
  3. Nubis Free Devices:

    • Shows the number of online and offline devices.
    • Provides a quick overview of the connectivity status for free-tier devices.
  4. Nubis Pro Devices:

    • Displays the number of online and offline Pro-tier devices.
    • Helps monitor the status of Pro-tier device connectivity.
  5. Alert Rule List:

    • Lists the number of devices triggering specific alarms, such as CPU load, RAM load, temperature, storage usage, and more.
    • Provides insights into device operation issues.
  6. Kiosk Mode:

    • A pie chart showing the proportion of devices with Kiosk Mode enabled or disabled.
    • The Kiosk Mode field will synchronize with the device's current status.


    • Helps monitor the operational state of devices using Kiosk Mode.
  7. Operating System Version:

    • A pie chart displaying the distribution of devices by their operating systems (e.g., Windows, Android).
    • Offers a clear breakdown of OS types within the device merchant.

  1. Online/Offline Device Status:

    • Displays the breakdown of how many devices are currently online and how long offline devices have been disconnected.
    • The chart categorizes offline devices based on the number of days they have been offline (<1 day, 1–7 days, 7–30 days, >30 days).
    • This helps users monitor device connectivity and assess operational risks.
  2. Ora Version Distribution:

    • Provides a detailed view of the distribution of Ora versions across all devices.
    • Helps users identify outdated versions and ensures devices are running compatible or updated versions at the merchant.
  3. Device Alert List:

  • Lists devices that have triggered recent alert conditions.
  • Displays detailed information such as alert template names, alert conditions, trigger values, and the number of times the condition has been triggered.
  • Users can quickly troubleshoot issues and reset alerts as needed for better operational efficiency.

11. Device Scheduling Failure List:

  • Displays devices where scheduled tasks have failed to execute.
  • Provides details about the device status, schedule template, and estimated execution time.
  • Helps users take corrective actions to resolve scheduling failures and ensure tasks are completed.

12. Task Failure List:

  • Shows tasks that failed to execute across devices.
  • Includes information such as the task name, device, user, and status of the task.
  • Enables users to monitor task performance and re-execute failed operations when necessary.


13. Hardware Models:

  • Visualizes the distribution of different hardware models in the system.
  • Provides insights into device inventory and hardware usage trends.
  • Assists in planning hardware-specific updates or maintenance.

14. Device Health Status:

  • Monitors real-time data on CPU load, RAM usage, and storage utilization for devices.
  • Highlights devices under high resource usage to prevent potential failures.
  • Helps maintain device performance and overall system health.

15. VNC Address for Multiple Users:

  • Allows multiple users to access and control devices remotely via VNC.
  • Supports collaborative troubleshooting and management for Nubis Pro users.
  • Ensures efficient and simultaneous remote device support.
