View Merchant/Profile Information

How to Get Merchant Information

1. Navigate to the Merchant & Device Page:

   • Click on "Merchant & Device" under "Device Management" in the sidebar (highlighted in the first screenshot).

2. Select a Merchant:

   • From the merchant list on the left, choose the merchant whose information you wish to view (e.g., TPE_Android in the screenshot).

3. Click on "Merchant Information":

   • On the right-hand side, click the "Merchant Information" button located above the table.

4. View the Merchant Information:

   • A pop-up window will appear displaying the merchant's details.

Information Included:

• Basic Information:

  • Merchant Name: Full name of the merchant.
  • Merchant Abbreviation: Short form or code for the merchant.
  • Merchant Code: Unique identifier for the merchant.
  • Business Status: Current status (e.g., trade, operational).
  • Contacts: Contact phone numbers and emails for the merchant.
  • Person In Charge: Name and details of the person responsible.
  • Contract Phone: Contact number tied to the merchant’s contract.

• Responsible Person Details:

  • Phone Number and Email of the responsible individual.

• Merchant Address:

  • Physical address of the merchant.

• Remarks:

  • Additional comments or notes about the merchant.

• Business Hours:

  • A schedule showing the merchant’s operating hours for each day of the week.
