1. Filter Bar
- Use the dropdown filters (labeled as 1) to filter templates by:
- Alert Rules
- Template Status
- Merchant
- Click Query to apply the selected filters.
- Click Reset to clear all applied filters and return to the default view.
2. Search Box
- Use the search box (marked as 2) to quickly find a specific alert template by entering keywords, such as the template name.
3. Template List
- The main list (highlighted as 3) displays all alert templates with details such as:
- Alert Template Name
- Alert Rules
- Merchant: Click the number to view detailed information about devices linked to the alert template under each merchant.
- Number of People Notified: Indicates how many people will receive alerts.
- Template Status: Displays whether the template is enabled or disabled.
- Annotation
- Creator
- Creation Time
- Operation Buttons:
- View: Click to view the template details.
- Edit: Allows you to modify the template settings.
- Disable: Disables the template, preventing it from being applied to new merchants or devices. Note that existing applications remain unaffected.
- Delete: Deletes the template entirely, removing it from all associated merchants and devices.
4. Batch Operations
- At the bottom of the list, there are batch operation buttons:
- Batch Disable: Disable multiple selected templates simultaneously.
- Batch Enable: Re-enable multiple selected templates at once.
- Batch Delete: Delete multiple selected templates in one action.
This interface provides a centralized way to manage, edit, and track alert templates efficiently.
