Alert Management helps you define specific rules to trigger alerts, keeping you informed and proactive about your device conditions.
This article will guide you step-by-step on how to create customized alert rules and apply them to merchants or devices.

Steps to Add an Alert Template
Navigate to the Alert Template List
- Go to the Alert Management section (as indicated by 1 in the first screenshot).
- Select Alert Template List.
Click “Add Alert Template”
- Locate the Add Alert Template button at the top-right corner of the page (marked as 2 in the first screenshot).
- Click the button to open the template creation page.
Name the Alert Module
- In the Basic Information section, enter a name for the template in the Alert Module Name field (shown as 3 in the second screenshot). This is a required field.
Configure Alert Rules
- Click Add Alert Rule in the Configure Alert Rules section (marked as 4 in the second screenshot).
- Specify the following details:
- Rule Name: Choose a monitoring item (e.g., CPU Load, RAM Load, Storage Usage, etc.).
- Condition: Define the condition that will trigger an alert.
- CPU Load
- RAM Load
- Storage Usage
- App Crash Detection
- Device Offline Monitor
- Alert Trigger Value: Set a threshold value for triggering alerts.
- Automatically Restart: Check this box if you want the alert to reset automatically after the condition clears.
- Maximum Number of Notifications: Enter the number of times notifications will be sent (up to a maximum of 10).
- If needed, delete a rule using the red trash bin icon.
Add Template Annotations
- In the Template Annotation field (marked as 5 in the second screenshot), optionally provide additional comments or descriptions about the template.

Set Alert Notification Object
- Add internal and external notification recipients:
- Add Member: Click this button to select internal team members from the company directory (highlighted in the third screenshot). Fields such as Name, Email, and Mobile Phone Number will auto-fill.
- Add Additional Recipients: Click this button to manually input details for external recipients.
- Use the red trash bin icon to remove recipients if necessary.

Save the Template
- Once all configurations are complete, click the OK button at the top-right corner of the page to save the template.
View the Template in the List
- After saving, you will be redirected to the Alert Template List, where the newly added template will appear.
This process allows users to create customized alert templates for monitoring various conditions and notifying the appropriate parties efficiently.
