The APP Crashing feature has been added to the Alert Settings. This feature allows you to receive alerts and make the APP restarts when an APP crashes on your devices. The setup process for APP Crashing alerts is the same as for other alert items.

Steps to Set Up an APP Crashing Alert:
Navigate to the Alert Template List
- Go to the Alert Management section (as indicated by 1 in the first screenshot).
- Select Alert Template List.
Click “Add Alert Template”
- Locate the Add Alert Template button at the top-right corner of the page (marked as 2 in the first screenshot).
- Click the button to open the template creation page.
Name the Alert Module
- In the Basic Information section, enter a name for the template in the Alert Module Name field (shown as 3 in the second screenshot). This is a required field.
Configure Alert Rules
- Click Add Alert Rule in the Configure Alert Rules section (marked as 4 in the second screenshot).
- Specify the following details:
- Rule Name: Choose a monitoring item (e.g., CPU Load, RAM Load, Storage Usage, etc.).
- Condition: Define the condition that will trigger an alert.
- Select "APP Crash Detection"
- Alert Trigger Value: Enter the APP package ID as an Alert Trigger value.
- Automatically Restart: Check this box if you want the device to reset automatically after APP crashes.
- Maximum Number of Notifications: Enter the number of times notifications will be sent (up to a maximum of 10).
Add Template Annotations
- In the Template Annotation field (marked as 5 in the second screenshot), optionally provide additional comments or descriptions about the template.

Set Alert Notification Object
- Add internal and external notification recipients:
- Add Member: Click this button to select internal team members from the company directory (highlighted in the third screenshot). Fields such as Name, Email, and Mobile Phone Number will auto-fill.
- Add Additional Recipients: Click this button to manually input details for external recipients.
- Use the red trash bin icon to remove recipients if necessary.

Save the Template
- Once all configurations are complete, click the OK button at the top-right corner of the page to save the template.
View the Template in the List
- After saving, you will be redirected to the Alert Template List, where the newly added template will appear.
- This process allows users to create customized alert templates for monitoring various conditions and notifying the appropriate parties efficiently.
Apply the Alert Template(APP Crashing) to a Merchant(s)
Go to the Merchant & Device Page
- Open the Merchant & Device page to manage the devices.
Select Devices
- Use the "Select All Devices" checkbox to enable the Alert Setting command.
(Note: The Alert Setting command is only available when the "Select All Devices" checkbox is selected.)
- Use the "Select All Devices" checkbox to enable the Alert Setting command.
Apply the Alert Template
- Select the Alert Template you created and apply it to the chosen devices.
(Any future updates to the template will automatically sync to all devices using it.)
- Select the Alert Template you created and apply it to the chosen devices.
