Apply/Remove the Alert Template to a Merchant(s)

  1. Go to the Merchant & Device Page

    • Open the Merchant & Device page to manage the devices.
  2. Select Devices

    • Use the "Select All Devices" checkbox to enable the Alert Setting command.
      (Note: The Alert Setting command is only available when the "Select All Devices" checkbox is selected.)
  3. Apply the Alert Template

    • Select the Alert Template you created and apply it to the chosen devices.
      (Any future updates to the template will automatically sync to all devices using it.)

  4. Remove Alert Templates

    • If needed, click "Remove all alert templates applied by this merchant" to delete the applied templates from all selected devices.

By following these steps, users can efficiently manage their devices and alert settings.
