How can I do if Windows Firewall blocks Ora?

If the firewall is the problem, you need to create exceptions for Ora. To add an exception to the Windows Firewall, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Windows Start button, then type Control Panel into the search box, and then press the Enter key.
   
2. In Control Panel, click on the Windows Defender Firewall.
   
3. From the Windows Defender Firewall section, select Allow an app through Windows Firewall option. 
4. From the displayed Allowed apps dialog box, click the [Change settings] button.
   
5. Then click the [Allow another app…] button to add an exception as shown below. The Add an app dialog box will be displayed.
6. Click on the [Add] button to add the path of the application.
   
7. Now, browse the C drive of your computer for the OraService folder using path: C:\ProgramData\OraService
8. From the OraService folder, select the following files, and click the [Open] button.
   • OraVNC.exe
   • StartOraService.bat
   • OraData.exe
   • HWMonitorTool.exe
9. Click the [OK] button.
