Possible reasons why users cannot set up a Schedule or Alert:
1. The "Select All Devices" option has not been selected.
The "Alert Setting" and "Schedule Setting" commands only work when the "Select All Devices" checkbox is selected.
2. Schedule or Alert settings cannot be applied to the "Warehouse" merchant.
The Schedule and Alert settings are specifically designed to link to a customized merchant. Since the "warehouse" serves as the default location for unassigned devices, it is not considered as a customized merchant in Nubis system.
