This article will guide you through the Get Android System Logs.

This feature enables users to analyze issues such as app crashes, system failures, or connectivity problems by accessing system logs.


Steps to Get Android System Logs

  1. Navigate to the Device Details Page

    • Go to the "Device Details" page in the system interface. (Navigate to Device Management > Merchant & Device, then click the serial number of the desired device.)
  2. Click the "Get Android System Logs" button.

  3. A pop-up window will appear. Click the "Confirm" button to proceed.

  4. Access Retrieved Logs

    • The system will retrieve the log files from the device. Once retrieved, the files will be stored in Nubis Drive at the following path:
      Nubis Drive > File Browser > Ora > system-logs > android > [Device Serial Number]
    • Example folder path:
      Nubis Drive > File Browser > Ora > system-logs > android > 88170e409335c83e
